The Good news?
OK, then...
I found a way to keep the pizza crust soft, but better cooked (no mushy crust bottom)...
Use Olive oil on the surface of the cookie sheet, at around ten minutes till it's finished, brush olive oil along the edges, and sprinkle parmesian cheese around the whole thing.
The bad news?
I made mine around 9:30 this evening, and now it's 4:20, and there's heartburn ...
Same ol' news?
I think tomorrow, I'll try that with a supreme pizza with pepperoni and sausage.

I believe Thomas Edison tried 10,000 different recipes before he got the crust right.
Maybe you could try using the olive oil and at the same time coking the pizza
Pepperoni, sausage and baking soda in the dough. Or tums as a topping.
Maybe dinnertime closer to 7-ish?
